How to Lodge a Complaint

Informal Resolution

First, try to resolve the issue directly with the relevant trainer or staff member.

Formal Complaint

If unresolved, submit a formal written complaint with detailed information and evidence.

Investigation & Response

We will investigate your complaint and provide a written response within 10 business days.

External Appeal

If dissatisfied with the outcome, you may appeal to VRQA or the relevant regulatory body.

Your Rights

  • Lodging a complaint will not affect your study or assessment outcomes
  • You may choose to have a friend or representative accompany you to meetings
  • The entire process is confidential, with necessary information shared only with relevant parties
  • You have the right to fair, timely, and unbiased treatment
